You will act as the technical focal point for manufacturing operations, translating design requirements into efficient production processes and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires APQP and VWI proficiency, strong GD&T and CAD/CAM skills, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet customer specs and cost targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with APQP and VWI development.
• Strong knowledge of process planning, tooling design, and cellular manufacturing.
• Experience with RCPA, GD&T, and technical drawings.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned manufacturing projects.
• Develop and prepare APQP-based documentation including VWI and WCS.
• Plan and design equipment, tooling, and cellular concepts.
• Validate manufacturing processes meet requirements while controlling costs.
• Create clear work instructions for detail parts.
• Support NPI initiatives through early manufacturing cycle involvement.
