Job summary

Mytra is building a new class of robotics-enabled material handling systems in Brisbane, CA. We seek a Senior NPI Program Manager to own the build from BOM release through EVT/DVT/PVT and to customer sites, ensuring scalable, robust processes in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will drive readiness, shape equipment roadmaps, manage ECOs, and resolve issues across cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality launches.

Qualifications

• Experience owning NPI builds for complex electromechanical hardware.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing launch deliverables: PFMEA, process and fixture development, manufacturing test, DFx, ECO implementation and material disposition.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing readiness - own end-to-end manufacturing launch plan from BOM release through shipment to site.
• Shape equipment and tooling roadmap - develop production testers, fixtures, and capital equipment across EVT, DVT, PVT and ramp.
• Own ECO implementations end to end: disposition material, drive line changes, communicate cut-in status to the team.
• Clear issues preemptively - drive resolution of build/readiness issues across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse & Materials.
• Build for scale - develop NP I processes, tooling, and infrastructure that scale with the business.
