Job summary

Mytra is seeking a Senior NPI Program Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing launches for multi‑hundred‑line BOM products. You will own from BOM release through EVT/DVT/PVT and ramp, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure line readiness and robust processes.

You will shape the equipment roadmap, manage ECO implementations, and drive issues to containment and RCCA, building scalable NPI capabilities for a fast‑moving hardware startup in Brisbane, CA.

Qualifications

• Own NPI builds for complex electromechanical hardware through ramp.
• Experience with PFMEA, fixture development, manufacturing test, and DFx.
• Familiar with ECO implementation and material disposition.
• Knowledge of PLM/ERP systems that run it.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing launch plan for each build.
• Develop equipment program plan: production testers, fixtures, and capital equipment.
• Manage ECO implementations and material disposition across the build.
• Drive resolution of build readiness issues across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse & Materials.
• Build scalable NPI processes and tooling to support growth.
