Job summary
Mytra Robotics in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Senior NPI Program Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing launches for our next-generation system. You will own BOM releases, EVT/DVT/PVT phases, and ramp to customer sites, partnering with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-spec builds.

Qualifications
- Proven experience owning NPI builds for complex electromechanical hardware.
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional teams through E/D/PVT to ramp.
- Experience building scalable processes in a startup environment.
- Familiar with PFMEA, DFx, ECO implementation and material disposition.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end manufacturing launch plan for each build, including BOM release, PFMEA, tooling, and line readiness.
- Shape equipment and tooling roadmap with Manufacturing Engineering for EVT/DVT/PVT and ramp.
- Own ECO implementations and ensure awareness of cut-in status and build impact.
- Resolve build/readiness issues across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse & Materials; apply containment first, RCCA second.
- Collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse & Materials to develop NPI processes and scalable infrastructure.
