You will support manufacturing lines, refine electro-mechanical components, and push for cost, reliability, and manufacturability improvements across complex surgical devices. Qualifications

• Minimum BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or similar.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/design; 5+ years with MS in technical discipline.
• Strong 3D CAD and Solid Modeling skills (SolidWorks preferred).
• Experience with ALM/PLM tools and design controls (Six-Sigma, CPk).
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, qualify, release, and implement tools, fixtures, processes.
• Analyze data for CPk and process capability; drive improvements.
• Lead product design reviews focusing on DFX methods.
• Write validation protocols and PPQ for line qualification.
• Create and revise work instructions; train manufacturing teams.
