Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, seeks a Sr. Supply Chain leader to own readiness, launch, and scale of new robotic systems platforms.

You will lead cross-functional NPI programs, drive supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives to support volume growth. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, supplier management, and risk mitigation across a three-to-five-year horizon, with ~25% travel and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Significant NPI experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of successful contract negotiations.
• Proven project management in a fast-paced manufacturing company.
• Strong financial acumen; ability to build financial models.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems; proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of buying, material planning, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional new product programs and manage roadmaps.
• Develop supplier launch strategies; negotiate contracts and drive cost goals.
• Manage supplier performance and escalate issues with leadership.
• Collaborate with sourcing on supplier risk and capacity planning.
