Qualifications

- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience leading software teams.
- Experience managing software for semiconductor capital equipment or similar complex systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead the NPD software team through the full product development lifecycle.
- Own software execution for new product programs with predictable delivery.
- Define integrated software solutions with cross‑functional teams.
- Drive software architecture, design reviews, and code quality.
- Establish requirements traceability, defect management, and CI/CD.
