Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and not-for-profit reporting

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop Finance Teams to deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, audits, and tax reporting for exempt organizations.
• Design and implement internal control standards to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate with CPA firms for annual audits and Form 990.
• Manage treasury functions and relationships with banks, funders, and regulators.
• Oversee procurement and contracts and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Provide HR-related responsibilities including onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development.
