Job summary

Progressive is seeking a senior software developer - Node/React for Level20, in a hybrid role based in downtown Cleveland, OH. You’ll contribute to front-end and back-end development for fintech projects and work with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

You’ll collaborate with the technical lead and partners to deliver adaptable solutions, in a fast-paced environment that mirrors Progressive's culture and Level20's mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT or related field with minimum four years of software design and development experience.
• In lieu of degree, a minimum of six years related work experience may be accepted.
• Experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end and back-end solutions with Node/React in a hybrid cloud-native environment.
• Collaborate with technical lead, architects, and business partners to ensure adaptable solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation practices.
