Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide problem identification, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents.
• Perform shift work in support of 24x7x365 NOC.
• Escalation and status communication to leadership and customers.
• Support the dispatch system and hardware issues until resolution.
• Isolate and resolve hardware/software problems across networks.
• Monitor network performance and availability 24/7.
• Respond to incidents and outages per SLAs.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network systems.
• Configure and manage network devices.
• Implement and maintain network security measures.
• Create and maintain network documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.
• Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
