Job summary

CACI International seeks a Network Operations Center Tier 1/2 specialist to support CONUS/OCONUS operations on the ECS3 program. You will monitor network performance, coordinate with NOC and IT staff, and assist with platform upgrades to keep critical services available.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, DOD 8570 IAT II certification, and extensive experience in IOS upgrades, patching, and incident analysis within a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• DOD 8570 certification required (IAT II).
• Experience: 11+ yrs with HS, 9+ yrs with Assoc, 7+ yrs with Bachelors, or 5+ yrs with Masters.
• Proficient in IOS/software upgrades on routers/switches and patching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NOC and Operational staff on platform upgrades.
• Accept and resolve tickets; track incident response and resolutions.
• Develop technical resolution reports for critical outages.
• Perform system patching and IOS/Software upgrades on network devices.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures for network operations.
• Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility issues across the LAN/UC.
• Monitor network performance and generate capacity reports.
