Job summary

Legacy Hall is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee daily food hall and entertainment venue operations in Plano, TX. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure top guest experiences, and manage private events from setup to teardown.

This role requires 4+ years in high-volume F&B management, with event operations experience a plus. You will coach staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and collaborate with stall operators to meet standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of food & beverage management experience; high-volume or multi-unit experience strongly preferred.
• Event operations experience is a plus.
• Bar management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fun, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Manager Food Handler’s and Alcohol Service Certifications are required (or the ability to obtain them upon hire).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient guest experiences.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of private events, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Act as client-facing operational lead during events — welcoming hosts and addressing concerns.
• Support and coach team members to uphold hospitality standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including venue walkthroughs and bar setup.
• Oversee labor management, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Maintain accountability for service, cleanliness, and sanitation across the hall.
• Collaborate with leadership and stall operators to meet food, beverage, and entertainment standards.
• Jump in where needed on the floor — resolving issues and engaging with guests.
