Legacy Hall, LLC in Plano, TX, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive team accountability on the floor. This highly visible, hands-on role supports multiple outlets and private events while maintaining Legacy Hall’s reputation as a premier food, beverage, and entertainment destination.

The position requires 4+ years in food & beverage management, strong leadership and communication skills, and certifications or ability to obtain

Qualifications

• 4+ years of food & beverage management experience.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-unit operations.
• Event operations experience a plus.
• Bar management experience is a plus.
• Proven communication and organizational skills.
• Manager Food Handler and Alcohol Service certs required or obtainable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• E-Verify participation is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-of-house operations for smooth guest experiences.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of private events.
• Serve as client-facing operational lead during events.
• Coach team members to uphold hospitality standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and venue walkthroughs.
• Oversee labor management, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Maintain service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and stall operators on standards.
• Step in on the floor to resolve issues and engage guests.
• Support additional projects and initiatives.
