Job summary

CLS Group seeks a Senior Associate, Operations - Night Shift in New Jersey to monitor production and testing, manage settlement windows, and escalate issues promptly. You will work with core systems, networks, and data feeds, coordinating with counterparties and regulators as needed.

The role requires experience in high‑value, time‑critical processing, strong problem‑solving skills, and a degree in finance/economics/math.

Qualifications

• Experience in high value, time‑critical processing environments.
• Knowledge of international payments and settlement processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or math.
• Experience with SWIFT networks and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CLS production and testing Sunday–Friday, 12:00am–08:00am EST.
• Oversee settlement during funding window and escalate underperformance.
• Execute failure management when deadlines are not met.
• Ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks.
• Escalate failures of core systems, networks, and data feeds.
• Coordinate with Members, Liquidity Providers, Central Banks, RTGS operators and Nostros.
• Produce regular internal/external reports in various formats.
• Support Strategy and Change Management initiatives.
