Job summary

Agency for Persons with Disabilities is seeking a Human Services Senior Supervisor (SES) for the Sunland location on the night shift in Marianna, Florida. This exempt position oversees 3rd shift operations, guides staff, and ensures program adherence and documentation.

The role requires supervisory experience, CPR and prevention/safety certifications, and the ability to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living. Lifting up to 40 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience over employees.
• Certification in Prevention and Safety Strategies and CPR is required.
• Direct care experience with residents is required or two years of direct care.
• Must be able to perform hands-on assistance for activities of daily living.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and direct day-to-day operations for the 3rd shift.
• Provide and monitor behavioral training programs as needed.
• Ensure safety and custodial care of residents and document rounds.
• Manage housekeeping, laundry, and linen organization.
• Document unusual events and report to supervisors.
• Maintain logs and ensure timesheets are accurate and submitted on time.
• Complete required trainings and maintain certifications.
• Assist in hiring and participate in interviews as needed.
• Attend staff and resident planning meetings and perform related duties.
