Job summary

Array is seeking a Night Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex client-facing eDiscovery projects and be the primary client contact. You will guide project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage documentation, and provide strategic direction on Relativity workflows.

A strong mentoring role is included to develop team capabilities and knowledge sharing. The role includes collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance

Qualifications

• Must be able to work second shift: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM CT.
• Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows.
• Experience as a primary client contact and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, review platforms, databases and related software.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client requirements and develop solutions aligned with business and legal needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create project plans, define deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee project execution to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Provide regular status updates, reporting, and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide advanced guidance on Relativity Processing and related eDiscovery technologies.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving hosted or delivered data while maintaining data integrity and service quality.
• Analyze project challenges, identify solutions, and provide recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor project team members and support the development of technical and project management capabilities.
