Job summary

Array is seeking a Night Senior eDiscovery Project Manager (SPM) to lead complex client-facing eDiscovery projects and serve as the primary contact for clients. You will oversee execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project information, and guide technical workflows and strategy while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities include planning, client communication, and ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work second shift (6:00 PM–2:00 AM CT).
• Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows.
• Experience independently managing projects in Relativity.
• Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, databases, and related business software.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, workflows, and deliverables accurately.
• Ability to identify project issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions.
