Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in the sciences; advanced degree preferred. Hematology experience and NHL experience strongly preferred.
• At least 8 years of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead cross‑functional global teams.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders to support a global strategy.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to exercise judgment and address complex problems and create solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and implementation of multiple clinical development programs, ensuring alignment with the overall plan.
• Oversees study teams, monitors enrollment and timelines, and ensures data integrity.
• Owns the design, analysis, and reporting of protocols, summaries, and regulatory submissions.
• May mentor other Medical/Scientific Directors and Clinical Scientists on related programs.
• Collaborates with CSTs and ADTs to drive a rigorous development plan.
