IDT, part of Danaher, is seeking an experienced NGS product manager for the Boulder, CO site. Lead strategic planning, lifecycle management, and customer-focused initiatives to drive revenue and growth within the NGS portfolio.

Lead cross-functional teams with Sales, Marketing, QA and Operations, ensuring strong product positioning, market insight, and compliant execution. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package and incentive opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences required with 5 years experience
• 3+ years in NGS product management or related technical environment, oncology preferred
• 2+ years in high-touch customer facing roles; travel ~20% domestically and internationally
• PhD in biological sciences or related field is a plus

Aufgaben

• Develop an annual strategic plan to achieve product revenue and margin growth objectives
• Serve as commercial subject matter expert and product champion; analyze market trends and customer feedback
• Manage all aspects of product life cycle including launches and obsolescence
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop positioning, campaigns, collateral, and training
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations on supply issues and communications to customers
