Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a growth-focused Product Leader for its NGS portfolio in Boulder, CO. This onsite role drives revenue, margin, and lifecycle management across launches and obsolescence, while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, QA and Operations to align strategies and communications.

The ideal candidate holds a biology-based degree with 3+ years in NGS product management, oncology exposure, and strong customer-facing experience, plus ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in biological sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry).
• 3+ years of experience in Next Generation Sequencing product management or other relevant technical environment. Oncology product management highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in high-touchpoint customer facing roles.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual strategic plan to achieve product revenue and margin growth objectives and drive actions that lead to sustainable growth and the completion of strategic objectives.
• Serve as a commercial subject matter expert and product champion internally and externally, including regularly analyzing and communicating and managing response to customer feedback, market trends, competitor performance, sales channels, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage all aspects of product life cycle, including new product launch and execution of obsolescence to meet product strategy.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective positioning strategies, marketing campaigns, collateral, sales and support tools, and training programs to drive growth.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Operations on supply issues and own communications for commercial teams and customers when necessary.
