Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a software product manager for the Archer NGS Product line in Boulder, CO. This on-site role collaborates with Sales, Innovation, and software teams to shape strategy and translate customer needs into software requirements.

You will manage Agile backlogs, prioritize epics, and work across cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery of customer value. IDT offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software product management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience translating user/business needs into software requirements in Agile environments.
• Experience with NGS, bioinformatics, or genomics software domains.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and developing epics/user stories with acceptance criteria using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, sales teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows and market needs.
• Partner with product managers, assay/software teams to shape software strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate customer needs into software requirements and prioritized backlog items using Agile methodologies.
• Lead product management activities for new product introductions and cross-functional execution.
• Provide product support for internal software tools and optimize workflows to meet business goals.
