Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for its NGS Business Unit in Boulder, CO. The role drives strategic planning and product lifecycle management for genomics and oncology-focused offerings, interfacing with Sales, Marketing, QA, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in biological sciences and 3+ years in NGS product management, plus proven assay commercialization experience and strong customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a biology/biochemistry background and 5+ years in biological sciences.
• 3+ years in Next Generation Sequencing product management or similar technical environment; oncology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated assay commercialization in genomics/NGS with related products.
• 2+ years in high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel ~20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic plan to achieve product revenue and margin growth.
• Act as commercial SME and product champion, analyze customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory needs.
• Manage all aspects of product life cycle including launches and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on positioning, campaigns, collateral, tools, and training.
• Coordinate with QA/Operations on supply issues and communications for commercial teams and customers.
