Responsibilities

• Effectively interviews and profiles customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Actively takes advantage of all sales opportunities, cross-selling bank products to new and existing customers.
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and services and regulatory requirements.
• Provides expedient and courteous service to all clients, in person or by phone.
