Job summary

Poppy Bank in the San Francisco area seeks experienced Client Service Representatives at II, III, or Senior level to open new consumer and business accounts, process transactions, cross-sell products, and maintain client relations while complying with regulations.

This role offers growth opportunities; requires banking experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook to support daily operations and client service goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years banking teller experience is required for Senior level.
• Advanced experience with opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred for Senior CSR III.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security.
• Excellent judgment and ability to handle confidential information; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing customers.
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expedient and courteous service to all clients, in person and by phone.
