Poppy Bank seeks a senior CSR to open consumer and complex business accounts, process new account transactions, and cross-sell services. The role emphasizes strong client relations, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation.

You will work in office, supporting diverse account types while maintaining high service standards. The position requires 3+ years in banking, knowledge of BSA and information security, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years banking teller experience for Senior level.
• Advanced experience with opening consumer and complex business accounts.
• Strong customer relations and ability to communicate with staff and clients.
• Knowledge of basic banking regulations (BSA, Information Security) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products to new and existing customers.
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and trust accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and regulations.
• Process teller transactions and maintain accurate balancing records.
• Provide expedient, courteous service and handle client inquiries.
