Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive Neurovascular product sales across San Jose and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires living in the territory and frequent travel to accounts, hospitals, and clinics.

You will build clinical relationships, align with AdvaMed guidelines, and execute a territory plan to meet annual objectives, partnering with physicians and health systems to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Achieve all territory sales objectives annually in alignment with the business strategy and annual compensation plan.
• Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including key opinion leaders and major medical associations.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits for Medtronic.
