Takeda seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join the US Medical team. This field-based role covers a territory including MA, NH, RI, CT, VT, and ME, and reports to the Director, MSL. You will analyze, interpret and disseminate scientific data to KOLs and HCPs to advance medical strategy.

The role emphasizes externally-facing activities, collaboration across teams, and compliant communication of complex information, with a focus on investigator-initiated studies and medical conferences.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in life/health sciences is preferred or Master’s as minimum.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience post-doctorate as an MSL in pharma.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Execution of activities within regulatory requirements.
• Use of digital tools, including AI.

Mansioni

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities comprise at least 80% of duties.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Takeda disease areas and competitive landscape.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and assist with investigator-initiated studies.
• Collect and communicate medical insights to refine strategies.
• Identify partnership opportunities between KOLs/HCPs and Takeda US Medical.
• Participate in medical conferences and communicate insights from attendance.
• Respond to unsolicited HCP medical information inquiries and document activities.
