Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison to work remotely as a field-based, external customer-facing member of the US therapeutic area medical unit. Qualifications

Field-based MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills are required.
Doctoral degree preferred; Master’s degree minimum in health sciences; ability to reside in territory (MA, RI).

Responsibilities

Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities comprise ~80% of responsibilities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
Disseminate complex scientific information to KOLs/HCPs in a compliant, fair-balanced manner.
Support Takeda-sponsored research and investigator-initiated studies.
Capture medical insights from KOLs/HCPs to inform medical strategies.
Travel up to 70% and drive/fly to meetings.
Complete CRM entries, insights capture and administrative tasks timely.
