Job summary

Servier is seeking an Assoc Dir, Thought Leader Liaison for the Northeast region to lead engagement with national, regional, and emerging KOLs in rare neurology. Reporting to the Director of TLLs, Neurology, the role shapes strategy, builds executive relationships, and guides launch planning with insights from field activities.

Travel ~60–70% to congresses; remote role with occasional Boston office; requires 7+ years pharma/healthcare, Bachelor's degree, and advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MSN, MS) preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Thought Leader Liaison, Product Marketing, Specialty Sales, Medical Affairs leadership, or Commercial field leadership.
• Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, or neurology; strong compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement plans for national, regional, and emerging thought leaders.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, rehabilitation physicians, genetic specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Identify influencers, centers of excellence, advocacy leaders, and investigators to shape the treatment landscape.
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate customer insights to inform brand strategy and launch planning.
• Lead planning and execution of commercial advisory boards and recruit appropriate advisors.
• Coordinate speaker onboarding, training, and coaching; evaluate speaker effectiveness.
• Develop strategic engagement plans for major neurology congresses and support executive leadership engagement.
• Support launch readiness activities by informing disease education, segmentation, and influence mapping.
