Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for the West region, a remote, high-visibility strategic role in neurology and rare diseases.

You will lead KOL engagement, advisory boards, speaker bureau programs, and congress strategies, partnering with Marketing and Medical Affairs to shape launch readiness and evidence generation. A strong track record in pharma leadership and 60-70% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• 3–5 years in Thought Leader Liaison, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs leadership or related.
• Demonstrated experience in rare disease, specialty pharma, or neurology.
• Strong understanding of commercial compliance and promotions rules.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement plans for national, regional, and emerging leaders.
• Lead planning and execution of advisory boards and recruit appropriate advisors.
• Build and manage a high-performing speaker bureau and educational programs.
• Develop congress strategies and coordinate thought-leader meetings.
• Capture insights to inform brand strategy, messaging, and launch planning.
