Job summary

Servier is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison for the West region. This remote role oversees strategic engagement with national and regional KOLs in rare neurology, guiding insights into brand strategy and launch planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MSN, MS) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Thought Leader Liaison, Product Marketing, Specialty Sales, Medical Affairs leadership or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, or neurology.
• Strong understanding of commercial compliance and promotional regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement plans for national, regional, and emerging thought leaders.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, rehabilitation physicians, genetic specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Identify influential experts, centers of excellence, advocacy leaders, and investigators.
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate customer insights to inform strategy and launch planning.
• Lead planning and execution of commercial advisory boards and speaker programs.
• Coordinate speaker onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
• Develop strategic engagement plans for major neurology congresses.
• Support launch readiness and inform disease education initiatives.
