Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison for the Southeast U.S. region. This strategic commercial leadership role oversees engagement with national, regional, and emerging KOLs in rare neurology.

Reporting to the Director of TLLs, Neurology, the incumbent will build executive relationships, generate insights, and guide advisory boards, speaker bureaus, and congress strategies to support launches and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in strategic thinking and building executive-level relationship frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PharmD/PhD/MSN preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with Thought Leader Liaison or related roles.
• Experience in rare disease, neurology, or specialty pharma.
• Strong understanding of promotional regulations and compliance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans at national, regional, and emerging levels.
• Capture and translate field insights to inform brand strategy and launches.
• Plan and run advisory boards with cross-functional teams.
• Recruit and coach a high-performing speaker bureau.
• Lead congress strategy and post-congress engagement initiatives.
• Support launch readiness with education and segmentation inputs.
