Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior leader to oversee the network security team and drive long-term strategy for a hybrid work environment. You will guide design, deployment, and operation of network technologies and cloud security solutions, including Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, while ensuring policy compliance and performance objectives.

You will collaborate with security operations and other IT groups to resolve complex problems and advance zero-trust initiatives in on-prem and cloud-delivered environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years related work experience in network/security.
• Graduate degree preferred but equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees network services and long-term strategies to meet current and future requirements.
• Leads design, installation, and integration of new network technologies.
• Manages complex issue resolution and escalation across multiple teams.
