Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer specializing in Zscaler cloud security to support enterprise network security modernization initiatives. This role focuses on designing, deploying, migrating, and optimizing Zero Trust and SASE architectures using ZIA and ZPA across distributed environments.
Work with network, security, and cloud teams to modernize legacy security and implement scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with DHS clearance eligibility.
- 5+ years in network engineering, 2+ years with Zscaler.
- Experience configuring ZIA and ZPA.
- Strong understanding of ZTNA, SASE, and cloud security architectures.
- Experience with identity federation (SAML/SCIM) and providers like Entra ID or Okta.
Responsabilités
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Zscaler solutions (ZIA/ZPA).
- Migrate from legacy VPNs to Zscaler cloud security architectures.
- Deploy and manage Zscaler Client Connector on endpoints.
- Maintain diagrams, runbooks, and change records.
- Monitor health and security events using ZDX and SIEM tools.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and policy enforcement issues.
- Mentor junior engineers on Zero Trust and SASE.
