Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior network leader to oversee the network team, ensuring long-range strategies meet current and future requirements. You will guide design, installation, configuration, and integration of new technologies while aligning with our divisional strategy.

Responsibilities include managing complex issue resolution, maintaining security policies, and driving continuous improvement across on-prem and cloud environments. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related work experience; network experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of network and cloud security architecture principles and Zero Trust design models.
• Experience with Zscaler platforms (ZIA and ZPA) and secure internet access transformation.
• Strong understanding of integrating firewall and Zscaler architectures with identity providers, routing, load balancing, and application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the network team responsible for network services and long-term strategy.
• Designs, installs, configures, and integrates new network technologies in alignment with divisional strategy.
• Manages complex issue resolution across Support Center and Technical Services groups.
• Maintains policies, procedures, and telecom network documentation; drives continuous improvement.
