Job summary

CMTS LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Programmer – Analyst III (Network/Systems) to support a major public-sector bond program. You will manage complex networks, servers, storage, and related IT infrastructure across multiple campus sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of applicable systems and network administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in user-friendly language.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Experience with VPN and Cisco Meraki appliances.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V and cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of network security technologies (VPNs, IPsec, SSL).
• Familiarity with Office 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and provide networking support for physical and virtual environments.
• Test and maintain operating systems, software, and network devices.
• Maintain network and system uptime.
• Administer network-related systems and servers for service availability.
• Install and upgrade client and server network software.
• Monitor network and system performance and implement fixes.
• Manage IT projects per objectives.
• Configure firewalls, Wi-Fi points, switches, routers, and related devices.
• Provide technical assistance to staff, vendors, and site personnel.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures.
