Job summary

CMTS LLC is seeking a Programmer – Analyst III (Network/Systems) to support a major public‑sector construction bond program in Los Angeles, CA. You will administer networks, servers, and security systems across nine campus sites, with Level 2/3 helpdesk support and disaster recovery responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of related experience, strong troubleshooting, and expertise in Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, Cisco Meraki, and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable systems and network administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Fluency with Windows Server environments, DNS/DHCP, and security tools.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, VMware/Hyper-V, and cloud tech.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Office 365, and enterprise AV solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and provide networking support for physical and virtual environments.
• Test, install, configure, and maintain operating systems and network devices.
• Maintain network and system uptime and administer related servers.
• Install, upgrade, and support network software and hardware.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage IT projects aligned with objectives and deadlines.
• Support firewalls, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and related devices.
• Provide Tier 2/3 helpdesk and site support to staff and vendors.
• Document SOPs and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
• Analyze and resolve security threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
