• Maintains governance, change management, documentation and security compliance.

• Responds to day-to-day IT needs according to priorities.
• Troubleshoots issues with users and coordinates with vendors and internal teams.
• Stays current with IT trends and IDEMIA technology strategy.
• Performs patching and keeps documentation up to date.
• Supports simple day-to-day admin and networking tasks with guidance.
