Qualifications

• 2+ year of similar or related experience.
• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Knowledge of network operations and related hardware/software.
• Understanding of credit union operations and output requirements.

Responsibilities

• Grants network rights to users and manages user accounts.
• Maintains file servers, backups, and software upgrades.
• Configures software for network installation and company-wide use.
• Evaluates and tests new software and updates.
• Ensures security systems are in place and backups are maintained.
• Assists users with accessing network resources and provides support.
• Trains end users on installed and network software.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software issues and keeps logs.
