Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting RTX or large aerospace/defense environments.
• Experience with legacy network architectures and modernization efforts.
• Minimum 5 years in regulated, multi-site, globally distributed environments.
• Ability to navigate governance, escalation models, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex equipment, software, or networked systems.
• Report design, reliability and maintenance problems to engineering.
• Involve in customer installation and training.
• Provide support to customers with highly technical products.
• Resolve desktop hardware and software issues and perform IMAC activities.
• Develop understanding of local and regional infrastructure to coordinate with teams.
