• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain strategy, or operational leadership.
• Proven success leading network optimization, logistics planning, or strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple business functions.
• Strong background in capital investment analysis, operational strategy development, and large-scale program execution.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network Strategy & Optimization to maximize capacity utilization, service performance, and cost efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and SKU flow opportunities while developing solutions for better network performance.
