Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Manager III, Network Strategy & Optimization to lead the evaluation and optimization of our distribution and transportation network. You will drive capacity utilization, service improvements, and cost efficiency while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Real Estate, Engineering, Brand teams and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain strategy.
Proven success leading network optimization and strategic initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decisions.
Strong background in capital investment analysis and program execution.

Responsibilities

Lead network strategy and optimization initiatives across distribution and transportation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasting, inventory, and network plans.
Deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform investments.
Coach and develop team members, establishing governance and standards.
