Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks a Manager III, Network Strategy & Optimization, to lead network evaluation to boost capacity, service, and efficiency. You’ll shape supply chain strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and influence capital investment and network design decisions.

You will build data-driven business cases, guide governance, and mentor teams to improve performance across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain strategy, or operational leadership.
• Proven success leading network optimization, logistics planning, or strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple business functions.
• Strong background in capital investment analysis, operational strategy development, and large-scale program execution.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous evaluation and optimization of the distribution and transportation network to maximize capacity utilization, throughput, service performance, and cost efficiency.
• Identify capacity constraints, network bottlenecks, and SKU flow opportunities and develop solutions.
• Evaluate strategic alternatives and recommend network improvements balancing cost, service, capacity, and outcomes.
• Establish governance for network modeling, data integrity, approvals, and decision tracking.
