ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Manager III, Network Strategy & Optimization, to lead and optimize our distribution and transportation network in the United States. You will drive capacity utilization, service performance, and cost efficiency through enterprise-wide analysis and scenario planning.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Real Estate, Engineering, and Brand teams to influence major investments and design decisions, while coaching a team and shaping long-term network strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain strategy, or operational leadership.
• Proven success leading network optimization, logistics planning, or strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple business functions.
• Strong background in capital investment analysis, operational strategy development, and large-scale program execution.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
