Job summary

ADUSA Distribution in Scarborough, ME, is seeking a Manager III, Network Strategy & Optimization, to lead the design and optimization of our distribution and transportation network. You will define problems, build models, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve service and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain strategy, or operational leadership.
• Proven success leading network optimization, logistics planning, or strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple business functions.
• Strong background in capital investment analysis, operational strategy development, and large-scale program execution.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing evaluation and optimization of distribution and transportation networks.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve network performance.
• Evaluate alternatives balancing cost, service, capacity and outcomes.
• Establish governance for network modeling, data integrity, approvals, and tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy with forecasting and inventory plans.
• Define roles and handoffs across functions to enable planning and execution.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape long-term supply chain strategies.
• Deliver actionable recommendations for capital investments and network design.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and opportunities to executives.
• Use modeling and financial analysis to evaluate options.
• Build business cases considering costs and value realization.
• Ensure recommendations align with performance goals.
• Coach and develop team; establish governance and standards.
• Grow talent pipeline in Network Strategy & Optimization.
