Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Senior Network Solution Architect to bridge sales and delivery, translating client needs into scalable network and security solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Expert-level network certification strongly preferred (CCNP/CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure or Security).
• ITIL or other service management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer goals, challenges, and buying drivers.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify business challenges and technical requirements across campus, data center, WAN, wireless, and security domains.
• Develop secure, scalable network and cross‑practice architectures aligned to delivery objectives.
• Assess client environments to validate fit and identify modernization opportunities.
• Present architectures clearly, balancing technical depth with business value and risk.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to refine scope, goals, and deliverables for proposals.
