Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect for Portsmouth NH. You will translate client needs into scalable network and security solutions, lead discovery, design architectures, and guide multi-domain pursuits.

This role is highly client-facing and requires strong communication with executives and technical teams. You will bring deep hands-on expertise across Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Fortinet, with architectural judgment and cross-functional influence to shape winning

Qualifications

Minimum 8–12+ years in IT solution design, network architecture, or presales.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.
Excellent client-facing communication with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery to identify business challenges and technical requirements.
Develop secure, scalable network and multi-domain architectures.
Present architectures balancing technical depth with business value.
Advise on cross-domain integration including cloud connectivity and security.
Develop cost modeling, LOE estimates, and SOWs for pursuits.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to refine scope.
Mentor junior Solution Architects and raise presales standards.
Stay current with networking trends and best practices.
