Job summary

ADUSA Corporate Support is seeking a Sr. Network Security Engineer to lead design, deployment, and operations of enterprise security across data centers, cloud, and retail locations. The role focuses on zero trust, next-gen firewalls, and secure connectivity aligned with regulatory requirements.

You'll drive multi-year strategy, oversee Zscaler platforms, and coordinate incident response with SOC and risk teams, while championing automation and secure-by-design principles across ADUSA’s networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in network security engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise in enterprise firewall platforms (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet FortiGate).
• Strong experience with Zscaler cloud security platforms (ZIA, ZPA).
• Zero trust network architectures in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, and operations of network security platforms including firewalls, secure gateways, and cloud security.
• Architect and implement zero trust frameworks with micro-segmentation and least-privilege access policies.
• Manage firewall rules, policies, NAT, and VPN across Palo Alto and Fortinet platforms.
• Oversee Zscaler ZIA/ZPA administration and policy enforcement.
• Drive PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX compliance; lead audit preparation and remediation.
• Act as SME for network security design and architecture; evaluate threats and technologies.
• Participate in security incident response with SOC and threat intel teams.
• Develop network security automation for provisioning, policy deployment, and reporting.
• Review runbooks and maintain audit-ready security documentation.
• Coordinate with MSPs and internal teams during incidents; conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage device lifecycle (firmware, certificates, licenses).
• Ensure security solutions meet policy risk and business needs.
