Job summary

SWBC seeks a Senior Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise security controls across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will own major network security platforms, including firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, and cloud connectivity, and lead complex incident resolution.

The role requires hands-on Palo Alto and Cisco firewall experience, cloud networking in AWS/Azure, and strong change-control and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in network engineering/security or related fields.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with VPNs, BGP/OSPF, and secure network design.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents beyond standard playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and improve enterprise network security controls across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Deploy and manage Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls; configure policies, NAT, zones, and access controls.
• Design network segmentation, site-to-site VPNs, and secure cloud connectivity.
• Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
