Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a seasoned Senior Network Security Administrator to join our Network Security team at the East Syracuse Data Center with a hybrid work schedule.

You will have 7+ years in enterprise network security, manage next-gen firewall ecosystems (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Meraki), cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and security controls across on-prem and cloud environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise Network/Network Security Administrator experience.
• Proficiency in advanced network and network security technologies including, ZTNA solutions, full UTM next gen firewall, Cloud networking (Azure, AWS) network segmentation, network load balancing, WAF.
• Extra consideration will be given to those candidates with experience in CISCO ISE, CISCO ACI, CISCO UCS, Palo Alto firewall, CISCO NEXUS Switching, Nutanix AHV, Nutanix Flow.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Work with Information Security, Network Admin & Telecommunications to evaluate and test new technologies and processes that enhance security capabilities.
• Assist in the design, implementation of new network solutions including Cloud Networking in Azure.
• Provision, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and administer all network equipment and network security-related hardware and software.
• Implement, review, and test security measures to protect the networks from cyber-attacks, hacking attacks, intrusion, infiltration, and natural disasters.
• Review, assess, and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
• Work towards compliance, mitigation, and remediation processes and procedures in support of the organization’s needs.
• Develop, implement and support security related enhancements for the organization including those linked to network and application configuration changes.
• Assist in the design, implementation & maintenance and review of corporate firewalls and other security products/services/tools.
• Analyze and resolve security concerns identified in various vulnerability and baseline scans performed on a recurring frequency.
• Work with Information Security to satisfy all IT related audit findings and implement any necessary security control remediations.
• Help conduct forensic analysis on security related events per incident response guidelines.
• Attend ongoing training of key job related software/hardware solutions.
• Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position.
